No. Status-based tracking captured at handover points covers most operational needs. Live GPS tracking can be added where the business case justifies the hardware and data cost.
Can our customers see their own shipments only?
Yes. Role-based access means each customer sees only their consignments.
Does it work offline in poor network areas?
Offline capture with sync-on-reconnect is scoped where drivers routinely operate outside coverage.
Can it work with our existing TMS?
Integration is assessed during scoping. It can also run as part of our Transport & Logistics Management System.
